About Kaohsiung

Kaohsiung is the second large city in Taiwan (population: 1.5 million), a harbor city located at the south-western coast. It is facilitated with an international airport, metro subway, easy accessable from any part of Taiwan.Beaches, theLove River, museums, and Dream Mall, the largest shopping center in Asia, attractmany tourists. The chosen hotel, Han-Hsien International Hotel, is 20 minutes away from the KaohsiungInternational Airport, 10 minutesfrom the Train Station by car. The hotel isassigned to takecharge of the national banquet for 2008 president inauguration. The 2009 World Games will be held in Kaohsiung in the summer.
