About APCERT
APCERT was established by leading and national Computer Security and Incident Response Teams (CSIRT) from the economies of the Asia Pacific region, aiming to improve cooperation, response and information sharing among CSIRTs in the region. APCERT consists of 20 CSIRTs from 14 economies. Further information about APCERT can be found on http://www.apcert.org.
APCERT 2009 Conference
The APCERT program committee is calling for original contributions for this conference, the conference will be held from 3rd March afternoon to 5th March 2009 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The theme of the APCERT2009 Conference is “Malware Prevention and Annihilation”
Topic
The program committee welcome original contributions on the following topics (but are not limited to):
* Incident responseAll submissions must reflect original work and must adequately document any overlap with previously published or simultaneously submitted papers from any of the authors. If authors have any doubts regarding whether such overlap exists, they should contact the program chairs prior to submission

* Response team cooperation, collaboration and legal issues
* Traffic monitoring, detection, and real-time situational awareness
